At Women’secret KSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and submit a return request to receive your unique RAN number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken.
Hand Over to Courier
Our authorized courier partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a pickup from your registered address at no additional cost.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 to 14 business days.
